Shipping rates

All our items include shipping to mainland Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (territories with special tax arrangements, where the customer does not pay VAT but must pay IGIC and the corresponding customs handling). For shipments outside mainland Spain or abroad, please ask us beforehand so we can quote the corresponding shipping cost.

Order processing and shipping

Once the order has been received, GTR Autoparts will process, prepare and ship it.

GTR Autoparts will process orders within a maximum of 24/48 hours of receipt, once payment has been confirmed (excluding weekends). This period does not start until the customer has provided all the information, details and documentation needed to complete the order.

Orders are handled strictly in the order in which they are received. If the item is in stock, it ships within 24-48h. If the item is not available and has to be ordered from the manufacturer, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 25 days; this period is for guidance only and is not a binding contractual commitment, as it depends on the supplier’s manufacturing times. Before a made-to-order item is purchased, the customer will be informed that it is made to order and that the lead time is for guidance only.

If an ordered product runs out of stock before the order has been processed, the customer will be informed and the order cancelled, unless the customer prefers an alternative product with similar performance and characteristics or a full refund of the amount paid. If it is not possible to contact the customer within a reasonable time, the amount will be refunded directly.

The customer undertakes to provide true and accurate information during registration and purchase. GTR Autoparts accepts no liability for damage arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Goods travel at the buyer’s risk from the moment they are handed over to the carrier; the customer may, if they wish, take out additional transport insurance at their own cost.

GTR Autoparts shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where this is due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control (acts of government or administration, strikes, lockouts, civil unrest, natural disasters, shortage of raw materials or equipment, failure of facilities, etc.), without prejudice to the rights that consumer law grants the customer in such cases.
